North of England Microelectronics Institute – Centre for Advanced Industry (NEMI-CAI), North Tyneside:

The NEMI-CAI campus, located at Royal Quays, North Shields, offers a host of benefits to any technology based business that wishes to develop and grow. The strategy employed by the centre for clustering of like-minded businesses creates an unparalleled working environment and gives a growing business that extra advantage. The centre offers firms access to business support and advice relevant to their needs. In addition, the North of England Microelectronics Institute (NEMI) runs the centre. NEMI is an organisation dedicated to promoting the microelectronics sector in the region and also to helping technology based small firms. The centre has 11 e-business incubator units aimed at start-up and smaller business activity in the ICT or Internet sectors. These are available in two sizes – 20 sq.m or 51 sq.m. Quayside Business Development Centre, Newcastle:

The Ouseburn buildings, located near Newcastle's prestigious Quayside area provide support, equipment and technology to start-up businesses. There are 47 office units available ranging in size from 9 sq.m to 56 sq.m that accommodate between one and six people.

Rainton Bridge South - E-Business Centre, Sunderland:

Regus Gateshead, Newcastle and Sunderland:
