North East Contact Centre Awards Come Calling
Preparations for the fifth North East Contact Centre Awards are being finalised after another record entry.
The awards take place on Friday November 9 at Sunderland’s Rainton Meadows Arena and recognise the cream of the North East Contact Centre Industry.
A total of 10 awards are up for grabs on the evening including the North East Contact Centre of the Year award, with separate categories for those centres above and below 100 seats.
Tickets for the event are selling out fast and anyone who is still interested in attending should contact 01642 505181 to book. A table for 10 is available for £450 and a table of five for £250.
A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available for any business or organisation interested in supporting this event. These include sponsoring one of the remaining award categories: Contact Centre Dream Team; Sales Star Superstar and Cultural Ambassador.
The Cultural Ambassador award is new and will be given to someone who makes an outstanding contribution to the culture of their organisation.
