Sunderland Fixture For Region's Property Show
Sunderland’s Stadium of Light is to host the North’s biggest commercial property show in 2009.
The Tyne and Wear Commercial Property Show – organised by inward investment agency Tyne and Wear Development Company - will take place at the football club on Thursday March 19.
The event brings together the region’s leading property professionals, developers, local authorities and a raft of business support organisations to provide expert advice and support on commercial property in Tyne and Wear.
Local firms attending the show can tap into the latest information on investment opportunities, available sites, details of the rental market, how to finance property deals and business support services.

This year’s event also features a number of free workshops run by industry experts, Wardhadaway and Tenon, to provide additional support for investors in the current economic climate. Subjects covered include the legal and financial aspects of commercial property transactions.
