The applications for the North East Contact Centre Awards 2011 are now in and the countdown is on to the glamorous awards ceremony!

This prestigious ‘Vintage Hollywood’ themed black tie event, to be held at Rainton Meadows Arena on Friday 4 November 2011, is an ideal opportunity to reward your staff and celebrate your major achievements in front of your peers, local dignitaries and the regional contact centre industry.
